Kindergarten Screening

The screening for 2012-2013 incoming Kindergarteners will be Friday, March 3rd at 934 SW Clay St. Screening is by appointment only, so be sure to schedule your child's time at Kindergarten Enrollment on February 21st.

Please bring the following:

KCI Immunizations Form and physical form will be due the first day of school in August.
